Shipping policy

We charge a flat rate of $14.50 for standard post and $18.50 for express post - Australia wide. *Excludes bulky items

We offer free local click and collect from our Goolwa store. Please only select this option if you intend on collecting your order. You will be contacted once your order is available for collection and arrangements made with you on the best suitable day/time. If you select the click and collect option by mistake, we will invoice you separately for the cost of shipping. 

In some instances due to glitches with third party payment options such as PayPal Express, the cost of shipping is not applied. In these instances, we will contact you and issue an invoice for the shipping cost. 

We use Australia Post, and in some instances, courier companies for all shipping. Once we have shipped your order and it is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver. We will do everything we can to assist should orders become lost of damaged in transit, however Love Charlie xo is not responsible for any orders lost or damaged in transit.

We do not offer insurance on our shipping.

Please double check your address is correct at checkout. We are unable to take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address. Additional costs for redelivery may apply.

Discount codes do not apply to shipping costs. The cost of shipping is non refundable.
