Terms of service

We endeavour to get all orders out within 2 business days. Excluding personalised products which can take up to 5-10 business days from date of purchase.

From time to time we may experience delays or stock shortages, especially during peak trading times. We will usually contact you to explain any delays and offer you options for your order to ensure you have your goods in the quickest possible timeframe.

Most silicone beaded products are made to order. These may take 7 - 14 days turnaround. 
Please contact us if you have a specific timeframe ie. baby shower gift etc. so that we can offer you options to avoid disappointment.
